5 c. rice 1 lb. ground beef, browned 1 lb. ground pork, browned 1 doz. boiled chicken livers 2 doz. boiled chicken gizzards 1 bunch chopped parsley 2 green peppers 2 lg. onions 1 bunch green onions 3-4 stalks chopped celery Cook rice. Lightly brown all seasonings except parsley (add parsley after all mixed). Add all together and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
