BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. regular rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chicken

Spray baking dish with Pam and coat with butter. Spread dry soup, then rice in baking dish. Arrange 10 pieces (or less) chicken on top of this.

Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3 cups of water. Pour over meal. Dab of butter on each piece of chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with salad and bread.
