Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz Parmesan cheese Italian seasoning to taste In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix rice, cheese, onion, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and diced tomatoes. Lay cut-up chicken breast on top of mix. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 6.
