1 1/2 c. Birds Eye Farm Fresh broccoli, Green Beans, Pearl Onions and Red Peppers 1/4 c. water 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk 3/4 lb. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat 1 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 tsp. dried basil 1 1/2 c. Original Minute Rice or Minute Premium Long Grain Rice 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Bring vegetables and water to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add milk, crabmeat, butter, garlic powder and basil. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings. |
