1 c. uncooked rice 1 chicken, cut up 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup 1 env. dry onion soup mix Sprinkle rice in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange raw cut up chicken on rice. Heat soups and milk. Pour hot mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6. |
