RICE KRISPIE BARS
 

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 c. peanut butter

Cool until dissolved, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy type may be used), add vanilla and pinch of salt. Stir until smooth. Pour this mixture over 6 cups Rice Krispies. Put in greased pan (8 x 10 or larger size) pan for a flatter bar. Cut into bars while warm. Chill to set.
