2 1/2 or 3 c. diced leftover meat (roast beef, pot roast, steak, hamburger patties) 1 can (3-4 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 can beef gravy 1 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. finely crushed potato chips Cut meat in 1 inch pieces or small chunks. Combine with all other ingredients except potato chips. Place in 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread the crushed chips over the top. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover: bake until sauce bubbles. Makes 4-6 servings. |
