QUICK AND SIMPLE CHEESECAKE
 

1 pie crust, baked
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat together the cheese, sugar and Cool Whip, put it into the pie crust. Put the can of cherries on top of it and refrigerate until time to serve. This pie can be made a day before you serve it, as it keeps a fresh flavor.
