This takes only 20 minutes to assemble, great for potlucks! 1 (12 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked 1 pkg. (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped, frozen, spinach, thawed and drained 8 to 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 jar (29 oz.) spaghetti sauce Optional: Oregano and pepper to taste if your sauce is plain 1. Oil pan. 2. Mix Ricotta cheese, spinach and 3/4 Mozzarella in a bowl. 3. Layer 1/3 sauce, one layer noodles, and 1/2 cheese/spinach mix in pan. 4. Repeat. 5. Top with remaining sauce and remaining Mozzarella. 6. Pour 1 cup water around inside edge of pan (it looks messy, but it's ok) 7. Cover pan tightly with tin foil. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes. |
