4 c. flour 1 lb. butter 1 pt. good quality vanilla ice cream Mix flour and butter well, add ice cream and work into soft dough. Make 2 or 3 balls. Chill dough. Roll out and cut and fill as desired. (Nut filling, cherry, pineapple as desired.) Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes until a light golden brown. Do not overbake. Makes 50-75 pastries. |
