1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 boxed yellow or white cake mix
butter

Pour peaches in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with dry cake mix. Dot top with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly brown, hot, and bubbly.
