QUICK AND SIMPLE STEW
 

4 lg. carrots
4-5 lg. potatoes
3 med. onions
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. meat (beef, venison, etc.)
3/4 stick butter
1 c. flour
Lg. zip lock bag
Crock pot
Kitchen Bouquet for brown gravy
Salt and pepper to taste (add last)

Wash and scrub carrots and potatoes and diced into 3/4 inch chunks. Place in crock pot. Peel onion, dice and add to pot. Cut meat into 3/4 inch chunk, add to zip lock bag plus 1 cup flour. Place butter in pan and floured pieces of meat. Brown. Add to crock pot.
