QUICK AND EASY HOT ROAST BEEF
SANDWICHES
 

3/4 lb. sliced rare roast beef from the deli counter
1 env. gravy mix
1 long loaf of French bread, must be fresh and crispy
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese

Optional side dishes:

Green bean casserole
Mashed potatoes
Zucchini crepes

Make gravy in casserole dish on top of stove. Add roast beef and allow to simmer low. When ready to serve, sliced bread in hoagie fashion, add beef, gravy, top with cheese, place under broiler to melt cheese, serve immediately. Takes less than 20 minutes.
