A tasty and easy marinade for chicken and beef is Italian salad dressing, regular or fat free.

Place chicken pieces with skin removed or beef (preferably cut in strips) in shallow pan and cover with any bottled Italian dressing. Turn once or twice and leave in refrigerator a couple hours or until you're ready to cook. This is great when cooking on a grill. This marinade will also tenderize your meat.
