1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chopped pecans Line bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with wax paper; set aside. Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole, stirring gently. Add butter, microwave uncovered on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir until smooth, stir in pecans. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, cut into squares. |
