1 can Campbell's chicken soup with rice 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 1/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix 3 to 4 tbsp. chopped onion (if desired) Combine chicken soup and stuffing mix; let stand 5 minutes. Add ground chuck and mix well. Place into greased baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven 1 1/4 hours. |
