QUICK PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
 

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil (waffles only)
Milk to desired consistency

Stir dry ingredients. Add slightly beaten egg. Add oil if making waffles. Stir in milk until desired consistency. Should be thinner for pancakes. Any leftover mix can be stored in refrigerator 2-3 days. Just add milk to thin.
