QUICK GRILLED FISH
 

Red snapper or orange roughy
1/2 stick melted butter
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper and lemon juice
Lemon pepper

Rinse fish, pat dry. Spread a double layer of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Spread fish on foil. Mix garlic and butter together and pour over the fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze o some lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Garnish with parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 or 10 minutes.
