QUICK 'N EASY CABBAGE ROLL
 

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 cabbage head, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. minute rice, raw
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. milk

Brown 2 pounds ground beef or turkey and add chopped onion. Add basil, oregano, thyme, salt, marjoram, garlic powder, and black pepper. When meat is browned, add raw minute rice to the meat mixture. Heat the soups and milk together to boiling. Combine the soup-milk mixture together with the meat-rice mixture.

Place chopped cabbage in a 3 quart casserole. Spoon meat-rice mixture on top of cabbage. Spread sour cream over the meat-rice mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
