QUICK HAMBURGER STROGANOFF
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles (or 1 c. rice)

Brown ground beef with onion. Stir in soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook noodles or rice. Stir sour cream into meat mixture. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
