1 reg. size pkg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 French vanilla instant pudding mixes
3 c. milk
1 regular sized pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk according to the directions on box. Combine the first 2 mixtures. With hands crumble up Oreo cookies. Layer mixture and crumbled cookies, starting with cookies. Best if made day before serving.
