1 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine 1 stick butter Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. FILLING: 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. almond extract 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature Beat filling ingredients together. Pour over the cooled crust. Then mix three (3 ounce) package instant pudding (any flavor) and 2 1/2 cup milk and pour over the filling. May top with whipped cream. You can also uses 2 packages Junket's Danish Dessert with strawberries added instead of the instant pudding. |
