1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) boxed instant chocolate fudge pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

20 oz. Oreo cookies

Combine butter mixture and pudding mixture.

Layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture two times ending with cookies on top. Put in gummy worms if desired!
