1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix together; pat into large cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; do not brown. Cool. Spread with following mixture: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip
Beat until well blended. Mix: 3 c. milk
When slightly thick, spread on cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts and maraschino cherries, if desired. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
