LEMON PUDDING CAKE
 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Mix for 2 minutes and bake in 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees until it springs back to touch. Prick with fork while hot and drizzle glaze over top.

GLAZE:

1/3 c. orange or lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Mix to a thin glaze type frosting.
