1 can cherry pie filling 6 slices bread, cubed with crusts removed 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 c. milk 1/3 c. sugar Cool Whip with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon mixed in with it Put cherry pie filling in the bottom of a microwave dish. Put cubed bread over cherry filling. Melt butter and sprinkle over cubed bread. Sprinkle lemon juice over bread. Beat eggs and add the sugar and almond extract. Pour over the bread. Microwave on 1/2 power for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip mixture. |
