LEMON PUDDING FRUIT SALAD
 

1 lg. can pineapple chunks (20 oz.)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
1 lg. can fruit cocktail (17 oz.)
2 lg. bananas
1/2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
(Optional: Maraschino cherries or seasonal fruit)

Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Do not drain fruit cocktail. Carefully fold all fruit together, sliced bananas last. Coconut is optional. Mix in lemon juice. Then stir in lemon pudding to coat, right from the package. The powder adds a glaze. Mix together and chill. Serve in a fancy dish. Can double the recipe for a party.
