1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip

Place half of crushed mixture of Oreo cookies in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole. Next, mix vanilla pudding according to package directions. Blend in cream cheese. Then fold in whipped topping. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate.
