Mix together and let stand 30 minutes: 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. milk
Add: 4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter
Mix well. Cover, let stand overnight at room temperature. Next morning, roll dough out to size of 9 inch pie pan. Divide dough into 3 parts to make smaller roll. Cut into 8 pie shaped wedges and roll to form crescent shape. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cover and let stand until ready to bake. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Rolls can stand 8 to 12 hours before baking.
