4 c. diced apples 2 tsp. cinnamon (heaping) 4 c. dry complete pancake mix 3 1/2 to 4 c. water Mix pancake mix with water. Add water slowly; alternate with apples and cinnamon as the apples will make mix more watery. Only add enough water to make a pourable mix - not watery. Heat griddle to 400 degrees or when drop of water dances in pan. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake; flip when batter bubbles and raises. Serves 4 to 6. |
