1 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 c. applesauce Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder and salt. Combine eggs, milk, butter and applesauce. Add to dry ingredients and stir. Use 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake. Yield: 20 pancakes. |
