2 c. Bisquick mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. cooking oil Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquids and add to dry ingredients. Mix only until blended. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
