1 pkg. PASTA MAMA'S PESTO (pepper, basil/garlic, lemon/pepper, tomato, or pistachio), dry 16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1 lb. Prosciutto (Cappicola, or dried beef can be used), thin sliced Combine pesto mix and cream cheese, mixing well. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture on each piece of meat, and roll. Wrap the tubes in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Chill serving platter. Cut the meat tubes into 1-inch pieces, and secure each piece with a toothpick. Arrange on chilled platter and serve. |
