FLUFFY LIGHT PANCAKES
 

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Separate egg whites from yolks. Combine egg yolks and sugar. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and buttermilk. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into flour mixture. Fry on griddle until golden brown and center cooked.
