JALAPENO-CHEESE CORN BREAD
 

1 pkg. corn bread mix
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapeno chilies
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
3 tbsp. chopped onion
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chili powder

Grease 9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Easy - hot!
