1 1/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal with extra fiber 1 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 c. oil Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside. Measure cereal and milk; put into large mixing bowl. Stir and let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour batter into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tested done. |
