Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan (I use Pam).
Sift in a large bowl: 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Add: 1 egg
Mix in 1 tall can of cranberry sauce. Pour in pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
Wrap in foil and bread will keep over a week.
I usually make two at a time and freeze them if they are not used right away.
