CHEESE PUFFS
 

1/2 lb. butter, softened
2 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt
5 to 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (prepared may be substituted)

Using an electric mixer, mix above ingredients thoroughly. Mix until mixture is light and fluffy. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 or 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Makes about 90 silver dollar size puffs.
