1 lb. shredded American and Cheddar cheese, combined 2 lg. onions, diced 2 eggs 3/4 c. flour 2-3 tbsp. oil Salt and pepper to taste Use cheese softened at room temperature. Add onions, eggs, and flour. Mix well. Add oil. Let set for 1 hour. Spread cheese mix on flattened, rounded dough. Leave 1/2 inch all around edges. Bake in 350 degree oven until bottom is slightly brown. Place under broiler until top bubbles and browns slightly. |
