PAN DE ELOTE (CORNBREAD)
 

4 c. fresh corn, ground in blender
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 lb. butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt

Mix everything together. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Bake in two 13 x 9 inch pans.
