APRICOT BREAD
 

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Grape Nuts
2/3 c. dried apricots, chopped
1 c. whole or skim milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking power.

2. Stir in Grape Nuts and apricots.

3. Mix milk, egg and oil. Add to flour mix. Stir 20 seconds or until just moistened.

4. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
