BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
 

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

WET INGREDIENTS:

1 c. mashed banana
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. salad oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Pour banana mixture into flour mixture and mix again, only until ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin pans or muffin papers, 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until muffins test done. These are delicious and great for snacks or lunches.
