BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD
 

3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

In food processor or blender, combine bananas, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Wrap tightly in foil. This loaf is better the second day. Freezes well.
