Muffin Sampler recipe (minus milk)
1 orange

Grate rind from orange to make 2 teaspoons. Squeeze orange to make 1/4 cup juice. Substitute orange juice for milk when making muffin recipe. Add grated peel to dry ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
