2 eggs Salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 c. milk 3/4 c. flour 1/2 lb. bacon or pork Sift flour into bowl, add sugar and salt. Then add eggs and milk gradually, stirring until well blended and leave for 2 hours. Cube bacon and fry in skillet or omelette pan. Beat up batter. Pour over bacon and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until set and browned. Cut into section. Serve with lindonberries or your favorite syrup. |
