RASPBERRY MUFFINS
 

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. walnuts
2 c. raspberries, drain frozen berries

Combine all in order. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
