2 1/2 c. warm water 1 pkg. yeast 1 egg Pinch of salt 3 tbsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. raisins 5 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sugar Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil and beaten egg. Then add to flour, salt and sugar. Add raisin and mix with wooden spoon. Let rise and punch down; spread in greased cookie sheet. Top with sugar and cinnamon mixture and let rise again until doubled and bubbly. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
