1/2 c. butter 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 c. blueberries 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Lightly sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Fill cupcake 1/2 to 3/4 full. |
