1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 4 c. corn bread crumbs 1/4 c. minced parsley 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook over low heat until soft. Add cornbread crumbs, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat until bread crumbs are slightly brown. Stir constantly. Makes 5 cups stuffing. |
