STUFFED VIENNA BREAD
 

1 unsliced loaf Vienna bread
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard
8-16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

1. Cut loaf of bread on diagonals, like a pineapple, 1/2" from the top.

2. Stuff cheese and finely cut mushrooms into the cut top of bread.

3. Melt butter. Mix in seasonings.

4. Pour butter mixture over bread.

5. Wrap in foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
